Commissioner Segal to host coffee hour Friday


BATTLE CREEK — Calhoun County Board of Commissioners Chairwoman Kate Segal (District 1) will hold a “Coffee with Kate” hour from 8 to 9 a.m. Friday at Lil’ Chef Cafe, 2245 West Columbia Ave., Suite 107 in Battle Creek. Constituents are encouraged to stop and share their thoughts about Calhoun County and ideas.

Segal represents the District 1, which includes the city of Springfield and the west side of the city of Battle Creek. She is the founder of the County Youth Council and helped launch the Calhoun Health Plan. She now serves as board president.
